Privacy Policy

Account type and date of birth tailor your workspace and keep the experience age-appropriate. Learning data powers your dashboard analytics, the leaderboard, and points. Shared room data enables live multiplayer quizzes. Documents are processed to produce study material. Rewards data lets you track redemptions.

Your account is managed by Supabase Auth. Profile, attempts, points and redemptions are stored in a Postgres database protected by row-level security policies — you can read and update only your own rows. Access to administrative features is restricted by role.

We do not sell or rent your data. Display names you choose appear on shared quiz leaderboards visible to other participants in that room. Aggregate, non-identifying information may be used to improve the platform. We may disclose data when required by law.

You can update your display name at any time. You may sign out to end your session. To delete your account and associated data, contact the platform administrator — quiz attempts, points, and redemptions will be removed along with your profile.

The platform is designed for learners including students. A parent or guardian should sign up on behalf of young children and supervise their use. Date of birth is collected to keep content age-appropriate and is never shared publicly.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Shared quiz rooms expire automatically (typically two hours after creation). Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
