The rules for using QUIZSavy. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the services. These terms may be updated; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Account types
When you sign up you choose an account type — Student (Learner), Teacher, or Parent. The type shapes the workspace and features available to you. You are responsible for selecting the type that accurately describes you. Misrepresenting your role may result in restrictions on your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others' rights; attempt to disrupt quizzes or shared rooms; circumvent scoring, points, or rewards logic; scrape or overload the service; or use another user's account. Quiz attempts and points are tracked for learning progress and must not be gamed or fabricated.
4. User content
Content you submit — such as uploaded documents for AI extraction or display names used in shared rooms — remains yours. You grant the platform a limited licence to process and display it solely to provide the service to you. You must have the right to upload any documents you provide.
5. Points and rewards
Points are earned through verified quiz attempts and are a measure of engagement and accuracy, not a currency or financial obligation. Reward redemptions are subject to availability and review. The platform may refuse, hold, or reverse redemptions that appear fraudulent or that result from abuse of the scoring system.
6. Accounts for minors
The platform may be used by students under parental or school supervision. If you are a parent signing up on behalf of a child, you accept responsibility for their activity. Date of birth is used to keep the experience age-appropriate.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time by signing out and requesting deletion. The platform may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, the accuracy of AI document extraction, or that quiz content is error-free. Use at your own discretion.
